At the heart of our mission is the desire to build a community rooted in empathy. We believe that sharing stories and experiences can create strong connections. Here are a few ways we aim to foster this sense of community:
1. Peer Support Groups
We’re launching peer-led support groups where teens can share their experiences and challenges related to menstrual health. These groups will provide a safe environment to discuss everything from managing symptoms to navigating the emotional ups and downs that can accompany menstruation.
2. Educational Workshops
Knowledge is power. We’re hosting workshops that cover a wide range of topics, from understanding the menstrual cycle to discussing hygiene products and pain management strategies. By providing accurate information, we empower teens to make informed choices about their bodies.
3. Online Resources
Our website will feature a wealth of resources, including articles, videos, and FAQs. We aim to create an online hub where teens can access reliable information and connect with others who share their experiences.
